We provide you with a recruiting packet, shareable graphics, and communication templates to make recruiting easy.

We Build Your Trip Website
Once your team is approved, we create a dedicated trip webpage for your group that includes:

Important updates and documents
This gives families one clear place to get information and sign up.

Families Register Online
Families register directly through the trip website.
We handle payments, forms, rooming lists, flight support, and ongoing communication.

Travel & Enjoy the Experience
You and two coaches travel free on the ground package, while families enjoy a smooth, organized, and unforgettable baseball experience.
