Island Sports Travel is looking for team organizers who live within the baseball community and can help bring together a group of players and families. You recruit the team; we handle everything else — planning, payments, communication, logistics, and on-site hosting.
As an organizer, you become a leader in a life-changing baseball program that connects communities across borders.
Teams We Are Recruiting Now
We are currently seeking organizers for:
● 12U Team —Ages 10, 11 & 12)
● 14U Team — Ages 13 & 14
● 17U Team — High School Spring break
Each team typically includes:
● 12–15 players
● 2 coaches
● Families welcome to travel (siblings, parents, grandparents)
You may organize one age group or more
Your Role as an Organizer
(Simple & Supported)
You DO:

Recruit players and families

Share updates (we provide pre-written messages)

Attend organizer zoom meetings

Team name and Uniform design

Travel with your group
You DO NOT do:
● Payments
● Rooming lists
● Itineraries
● Flight coordination
● Trip documents
● On-the-ground logistics
We handle all of that.
Your job is leadership — not paperwork.
